Equipment is on site and we're ready to start. However, Rick and Michael are still needing to make final decisions before they can give the go ahead. Meanwhile, it's been raining all day...so it's just as well that we didn't start today.Rick brought the permit and plans to the office. Michael came by for plan review. Woody & I went ahead to City of Irving Utilities to begin the process for getting a water meter.
