Here are some pics of the progress we've made up to now. It turned out to be another late night. We are absolutely exhausted. The crews stay late because they don't want to stop in the middle of a task. That's a good thing, but it makes for long hours. Not complaining, just stating facts. One of the company owners, Rick W, once gave a speech where he talked about the difference between an average and excellent. I can't remember exactly how he said it, but basically it was that if you take a few extra minutes each day or do just a bit more detailed work, the customer will be more satisfied and the work produced would generally be of higher quality. So although it means extra hours of work, Woody & I work hard at give it the extra touch, looking for details that should be addressed, putting on those final touches, and most importantly being proactive.
