For regular readers of our blog, you've come to know that Sunday is Race Day in the Gibson home. We begin by watching the pre-race shows and finally the race. Throughout the event, we cookout, we rest, I do the week's ironing, detailed house cleaning, etc. It sounds like a lot of work, but it's the most relaxing day of the week. But sometimes working Sunday is unavoidable. However, most of the time it's not a full day. Well, that wasn't the case today. In fact Woody headed to work at 8am and it's now 6pm and he's finally getting home. The good part about it is that he got a lot of the construction cleaning done in the dining area and even in the kitchen and crew room. Meanwhile, the crew came in to install the doors and hardware! Yes, that was a great pay off. Back at home, I spent the day finishing reports, updating our website, and
making sure all the 
pictures were posted and up to date. And although Woody missed the race, I was watching when Jr Nation went crazy as Dale, Jr finally won a race! By the end of the evening however we were both exhausted. Just three more days to turn over....this is a real nail biter....but my intuition tells me we'll get it done.
