This picture shows a view of the exterior with fresh paint and goose neck lights removed. The bottom picture shows the building before the re-image. Today, we are working on completing the final items that were listed on the punch list. Ryan Elmer, the PM, and Brinkers will be here tomorrow to do what we hope will be the final walk through.
We have been blessed to work with a GREAT GM and Chili's managers at this location. It's been a real team effort. Today the electrician is here. And the electrical inspector just arrived. We are also waiting for the fire marshal. After that we can call for the final inspection. Thankfully, the sun is shining today and we are able to more easily finish outside work. The landscaper just arrived to finish his final items.
