City of Paris Conducts FINAL Inspections @ Burger King

The Inspector for the City of Paris conducted the final building inspection and the final fire inspection today. Both PASSED. They will issue the Certificate of Occupancy tomorrow. Storage units, portolets, construction dumpster, and security fencing have been removed from the premises. The painting crews came and finished final touches. The carpenters also came out and finished final touches on ceiling tiles. The next few days will be filled with posting occupancy signs, cleaning up, and finish installing some emergency lights and signs. It has definitely been a great experience working in the City of Paris. The community was very welcoming to us during our stay here. We can not say enough about the quality of work provided by all our subcontractors and service providers. Opening day is still scheduled for Friday, March 27, 2009. We want to especially thank KOSTEL, INC for the opportunity to do this project for them.
