We have to have the desire to come to work daily. We have to be willing to look forward to being there to see the construction of a place that so many families will soon be enjoying. Because the work from slab being poured until turn over is scheduled aggressively, it is important that we be self motivated and ready for the challenge. So for us, the secret, the key to it all is TEAM WORK! We love our work, we enjoy working together, and we try to make our job site safe, hazard free and enjoyable for our crews to also want to come to work.
