ning, just stating facts. One of the company owners, Rick W, once gave a speech where he talked about the difference between an average and excellent. I can't remember exactly how he said it, but basically it was that if you take a few extra minutes each day or do just a bit more detailed work, the customer will be more satisfied and the work produced would generally be of higher quality. So although it means extra hours of work, Woody & I work hard at give it the extra touch, looking for details that should be addressed, putting on those final touches, and most importantly being proactive.
